Suspect in east-end stabbing turns himself in to police

TORONTO, Ont. – A man wanted in an east-end stabbing Monday morning surrendered to police.
John Hoang, 28, turned himself in to police earlier Tuesday morning.
Hoang has been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and weapons dangerous.
Police said a 35-year-old man and the suspect were driving in separate vehicles on Highway 401, near Neilson Road.
The suspect followed the victim to the Neilson Road and Wickson Trail area, where the two men got into an argument.
Police said the suspect stabbed the victim several times in the upper body and then fled the scene in a red Honda.
