Suspect sought in violent sexual assault of 19-year-old woman

TORONTO, Ont. – Police are looking for a 28-year-old Toronto man following a violent attack earlier this week in the Black Creek Drive and Trethewey Drive area.
Police said a 19-year-old woman was walking through a parking lot just after midnight Wednesday when a man grabbed her by the arm and dragged her into a park where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
Passersby found the bleeding woman at the side of the road.
Police have identified the suspect as 28-year-old Edmund Cherry.
He’s described as:
-Black
-6′
-154 to 165 lbs.
-Short black hair
-Pierced eyebrow
-Panther tattoo on right wrist
