Mounties ask for help in finding disappearing bikes in B.C.

It appears as if Olympic fans have made off with some very expensive souvenirs in the Vancouver area.

Mounties in Richmond, B.C. are asking for the public’s help in locating 21 bright orange bicycles with a Dutch railway symbol, that went missing from Holland Heineken House during the 17 day Olympic games.

Police said 400 bikes owned by the Dutch railway company were loaned out to people during the games, mostly for staff use. They are currently classifying the bikes as “missing”, although they said it is possible some were stolen.

No one can confirm how much the bikes are worth.
