Police on the hunt for man who committed indecent act in a Pickering library

Durham Regional Police need the public’s help to locate a man who exposed himself to a teen at the Pickering Public Library.
According to investigators, on Jan. 25th the 13-year-old was studying on the second floor when she noticed a man walking up and down the aisles. He appeared to be looking for a book.
Moments later the victim looked up and the man was touching himself a few feet away from her.
The girl was not physically harmed during the incident.
Police describe the man as:
– White
– Early 20s
– 5’10”
– Being small to medium build
– Having short brown hair
He was last seen wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.
