TTC responds to bad publicity its seen in past couple of weeks

The Toronto Transit Commission seems to be at the end of the line with recent pictures and videos of misbehaving employees.

Days after a YouTube video of a TTC driver taking a seven minute break surfaced, along with other  photos appearing in newspapers, transit officials are getting defensive.

In an email to the Toronto Sun, TTC spokesperson Brad Ross, said “publishing photos of select TTC employees in compromising situations is becoming a never-ending game of ‘gotcha’ that only serves to embarrass the TTC and erode public confidence.”

The email defended the majority of workers, calling them conscientious and hard-working.
