Some BlackBerry users are questioning the device’s reliability after experiencing a second outage in less than a week.
North American subscribers were left without internet, email or messenger connectivity, Wednesday.
Telecom analyst AR Communications Inc. said that BlackBerry creator Research In Motion has more than a glitch on its hands.
AR Communications added that further service disruptions could cause permanent damage to the blackberry brand.
RIM has remained relatively silent on the glitches, saying only that it was a software problem.
On Thursday, an unknown number of BlackBerry users across North America experienced an email outage.
