Police investigate alleged sexual assault in Toronto’s east-end

Toronto police are investigating after a woman claimed she was sexually assaulted and robbed in a TTC parking lot in the city’s east-end.
The woman was getting into her car around 10 p.m. Monday night in the Lawrence East LRT’s station lot, when police said she was approached by a man who then sexually assaulted her and stole her money and cell phone.
After the attack, the woman drove around in her car until she located a police officer.
She was taken to hospital to be examined by doctors.
