I've been to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil three times now. Once when I was a child at 7 with my parents, once on my own at 27 and the latest time, four months into my thirties, with three girlfriends.

What better way to mark the third time in the city of sun, beaches, mountains and teeny bikinis than running off a mountain?
