TORONTO, Ont. - Imagine knowing exactly how long you'll have to wait in the emergency room before seeing a doctor.

Some Toronto hospitals are now apparently thinking about implementing the move after a hospital in Kitchener, Ont., has already started posting "real time" ER wait times on its website.

A heads up to people who take GO trains along the Milton line or catch their trains at the Hamilton station -- you may have to take the bus on Wednesday instead.
