TORONTO, Ont - 680News had a first hand look inside the G20 Detention Centre on Tuesday.

Over 1,000 people were held in the compound over the weekend, which was equipped with cells holding up to 20 people each.

Meanwhile, the streets of Toronto have relatively returned back to normal, Monday.

TORONTO, Ont. - Toronto police chief Bill Blair has said he won't rush to charge five of his officers linked to the arrest of a G20 protester despite a recommendation from the province's police complaints watchdog.

A report from the director of the Independent Police Review recommends the five be charged with unnecessary use of force and discreditable conduct.

TORONTO, Ont. - Six of the seventeen accused ringleaders of the violent G20 protests are due in court today, but as the Toronto Star reports, six are hoping to make a plea deal that will let the other eleven walk free.

The deal would see six of the alleged co-conspirators, who were all originally charged with conspiracy, enter a guilty plea to the lesser crime of counselling to commit an indictable offence.
