Fans at Toronto Super Bowl party have mixed reaction to halftime show

TORONTO, Ont. - Dressed in a fancy outfit with props and backup dancers to match, Madonna hit the stage and performed during the Super Bowl halftime show.

With a lot of flair and flash involved, Madonna's performance seemed to have the fans at the stadium excited.

Madge also brought out several special guests, including LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee Lo Green.

Here in Toronto, fans gave mixed reviews to 680News reporter Momin Qureshi.

"It was awesome, she did a very good job," said one fan.

"You could tell she was nervous, she was a little shaky, a little sluggish, it just wasn't energetic and what I would have expected from Madonna," said another.

Overall the reception from the crowd was warm, and there was little controversy, despite artist M.I.A. flipping the middle-finger as she hit the stage.
