Canadian sun-seekers continue to flock to Mexico in spite of advisory

Canadian sun-seekers continue to flock to Mexico despite several incidents of drug-related violence along the Mexican-U.S. border.

Ottawa issued a travel advisory this week after two Americans were killed across the border from El Paso, Texas.

Tripcentral.ca said it hasn't seen a lot of cancellations and that people feel safe in Mexico's popular tourist areas.

Also, a spokesman for the Mexican Tourist Board in Toronto said Canadian tourism to Mexico has not been hurt so far by the violence.
