WestJet flight attendants named best in Canada

CALGARY - WestJet's flight attendants have been votes the best of any Canadian airline in an online survey by flightnetwork.com.

The website conducted it's annual State of Air Travel poll during October and November using it's blog, Facebook page and customer database.

More than 90 per cent of respondents identified "a good attitude," "friendliness" and "quick response" as the most important attributes for a flight attendant.

63 per cent of respondents said WestJet attendants are "the best overall."

It is the second recent pat on the back for WestJet. In February, it was one of the only two Canadian companies names by J.D. Power as a "customer service champion." The award also backed on customer opinions gathered last year.
