HALIFAX, N.S. - Power has been restored to almost all Nova Scotia homes and businesses, after Tropical Storm Earl ripped through the province on Saturday.
At its peak, 200,000 customers were without power, but as of Monday at 1 a.m., only 3,300 were waiting to be reconnected to the grid.
Nova Scotia power said they hope to have service fully restored by Monday evening.
