More trouble for Toyota

There's some more trouble for Toyota.

The Times of London has reported the firm has had to turn over to the U.S. congress "a smoking gun memo."

Back in 2006, its own factory workers were warning management about safety sacrifices in the pursuit of profit.

The two-page memo also warned Toyota's management would ultimately threaten the firm's survival.

Toyota has recalled millions of cars around the world because of concerns about out-of-control acceleration and problems with the brakes.
