BRACEBRIDGE, Ont. - Human remains found in cottage country on Monday have been identified as a Toronto man, and police believe foul play was involved.
An autopsy conducted Wednesday revealed that the remains, found at a public boat launch in Bracebridge, are those of 55 year old Paul Maasland.
Peel Police located the man's 2009 blue Subaru Forester in the Mississauga area on Tuesday.
Anyone with information on the case, or who may have been Maasland and his vehicle on Sunday or Monday, is asked to contact police.
