If you commute on a daily basis in Toronto, you probably have the scars to prove it.
A new survey shows Toronto traffic is getting worse and nearly half of GTA commuters believe the congested roads have harmed their health with increased stress and anger.
The research also shows this city has tied Moscow in the number two spot among those who say traffic has worsened in the past three years.
Toronto traffic jams are apparently giving us headaches.
Eve just returned from a long vacation in Australia.
"I came back thinking i'm just going to be cool and calm and within a week and my knuckles were clenched," she said. "It definitely affects us."
According to the IBM study, these painful commutes are also affecting our personal life.
Sandor told 680News he works late every night because if he leaves before 7 it takes him twice as long to get home.
"Thank God my wife is not complaining yet," he said.
Twenty-four per cent of Torontonians have cancelled plans due to traffic and most of us believe the traffic jams just keep on getting worse.
