TORONTO - Police have charged a Toronto man after breaking into a home and confronting a woman in the early morning hours on Wednesday.

He fled the scene, but police from 52 Division caught up with him shortly afterward and arrested him.

Previously, the accused allegedly entered 17 student residents in the area bounded by Davenport Road to the north, Dundas Street to the south, Beverley Street to the east, and Spadina Avenue to the west.

It is said he engaged mainly young, Asian women in sexual conversation before fleeing the scene.

43 year old Jeffrey Fraser has been charged with 13 counts of break and enter, among other charges of attempted break and enter, prowling and failure to comply.

Police believe there may be other victims, and are asking anyone with information to come forward or call Crime Stoppers.
