Suspect in Port Perry shooting surrenders to police

The suspect wanted in connection with the murder of a Toronto man in Port Perry has surrendered to police.
A Canada wide warrant had been issued for 27 year old Danny Nguyen following the fatal shooting last Thursday, March 4th.
Durham Police confirm Nguyen, who lives in Port Perry, walked into a police station in Oshawa Monday morning.
He has been charged with second degree murder, aggravated assault and possession of a dangerous weapon, and will make a court appearance Tuesday morning.
43 year old Andrew Lee Shue of Toronto was shot to death. A 35 year old man had also been shot, but was treated and released from hospital.
