TORONTO, Ont. - The Tony-Award winning musical "The Book of Mormon" and "Honeymoon in Vegas," with Tony Danza, are both part of the upcoming Mirvish subscription season announced Monday.

From the creators of South Park, the hit Broadway musical "The Book of Mormon" will be coming to Toronto in May/June 2013 as part of the Mirvish subscription season.

Also on tap will be "The Wizard of Oz," which will be performed in January/February 2013.

Meanwhile, "Honeymoon in Vegas" starring Tony Danza will be performed in December 2012 and January 2013.

Danza told 680News it's the music that has him excited about the show.

"They played the first song and the first song was 'This Out of the Sun,' and I just got as far as the verse," Danza said. "I thought wow that's really something, I haven't heard anything like that."

"That's what's really different about this show is that he really has written what I think is really the greatest score I've heard in a long time," Danza added.

Also on the schedule is Backbeat, a show about the Beatles, which will be performed July/August 2012.

Meanwhile, La Cage Aux Folles will debut and run through October/November 2012.

The Sister Act will also play in October/November 2012.

Some extras for those who don't subscribed include Flashdance, an American romantic-drama film from the 1980s and Bloodless.
