The TTC will hold a special meeting on Wednesday. At the top of the agenda is mending fences with customers fed up with service delays, fare hikes and employees slacking off.
TTC officials plan to look at a series of proposals. Staff have recommended putting together an advisory panel made up of consultants, riders and employees.
The group will write a TTC customer's charter of rights, outlining what people expect and deserve when getting around the city.
The commission is already putting some quick fixes in place. Secret evaluators are riding around the city reviewing customer service.
