Second largest Canadian lotto prize won in Manitoba
One lucky ticket holder in Manitoba no longer has to dream about what it'd be like to win the jackpot because they've hit and big time.
The lucky winner is $50 million richer, winning the second largest jackpot in Canadian history.
Just four point three million dollars short of the largest, won in 2005 by 17 oil and gas workers in
Alberta.
There is still a chance to be a winner however, OLG spokesperson Don Pister tells 680News that 10 additional prizes of one million dollars each are also up for grabs.
So dare to dream because you may be waking up this morning another one of Canada's newest millionaires.
The winning numbers for this weekend's lotto are 2, 7, 8, 11, 16, 17, 18
