Sleep an extra hour? Back to Standard Time this weekend
Did you remember to roll your clocks back an hour before going to sleep?
It's not officially winter yet but we've officially said goodbye to Daylight Savings time and hello to Eastern Standard Time - which means the days will get shorter and darker a little sooner.
If you turned your clocks back one hour Saturday night before hitting the sack chances are you enjoyed that extra hour of sleep.
The time change does taking a little bit of getting used to. Police are urging everyone to a be extra cautious on the roads as accidents tend to increase when there's a time change.
Fire officials encourage homeowners to change the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
