Ticket prices for Maple Leafs games to rise 3.5%
Toronto - Toronto Maple Leaf fans will soon be paying more to see a hockey game at the Air Canada Centre.
Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment is raising ticket prices by an average of 3.5 per cent next season. This means tickets will range from $37 to $182.
And for the first time, the 20 per cent renewal deposit for season tickets will be non-refundable.
Forbes magazine recently ranked the Leafs as the NHL's most profitable franchise; however, the team will miss the playoffs this year, for a fourth consecutive season.
The last increase came in 2007, which was five per cent.
