On Wednesday, Sept. 23, Maclean's magazine will present a round-table discussion on the subject, "Our Democracy is Broken: How Do We Fix It?." The discussion features a distinguished panel that includes former NDP leader Ed Broadbent, former Chretien policy advisor Eddie Goldenberg, author John Ralston Saul and the magazine's national editor Andrew Coyne and senior columnist Paul Wells.
