Corinne Van Dusen
Cottage Country Traffic Reporter and News Anchor
In my high school yearbook under career ambition I wrote, "to be a late-night radio DJ." And now, my dream job as come true.
I graduated from Humber College's radio broadcasting program and promptly moved to small town Ontario to hone my radio skills. I was the afternoon news anchor for 101.7 the One, 94.5 The Bull and AM920 in Wingham, Ont., for three years before moving back to the city to be a traffic reporter.
I worked for PROUD FM as their fill-in news anchor before I came to the fast paced newsroom that is 680News. I started here as an overnight weekend traffic reporter and quickly worked my way into the news booth.
I'm a huge Blue Jays and Raptors fan, so I spend a lot of time in the Air Canada Centre or Rogers Centre or in front of the TV cheering them on.
Should you be up late and wondering what's going on in the world, be sure to tune into 680News and I'll let you know most nights between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m.
