Gutsy Walk is the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada’s most energetic and fun fundraising event. On June 9, 2013, thousands of Canadians at almost 70 locations across the country will walk together to raise money to find a cure for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) - made up of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

Join the Western Hospital Foundation on Wednesday, May 15th at The Carlu, as they celebrate 40 years of care from Dr. G with a roast & toast evening! Proceeds support the campaign to cure arthritis at the Toronto Western Hospital. A new block of tickets for the entertainment portion of the evening has being released. Alexa’s Boogie-Woogie for a Cure
Alexa was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma 10 days after her ninth birthday. Neuroblastoma is an insidious childhood cancer and is one of the most fatal forms of childhood cancer. Each day is a battle for Alexa and her family. The medical and travel expenses have become overwhelming. She needs folks like you to help raise funds and awareness! Funds raised will be split between Alexa’s family and The James Fund for Neuroblastoma Research. Alexa’s Boogie-Woogie for a Cure will be held on June 15, 2013 at Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue in Woodbridge. Tickets are $125.00 per person and includes dinner, dancing, open bar, silent auction, raffles, and door prizes.
