How to work off that Super Bowl feast

Mike Lloyd Feb 03, 2012 18:53:02 PM
The Super Bowl is a great excuse for many people to shamelessly stuff their face full of football food.

Coffee tables across North America will be piled up with fatty, salty, sweet and spicy goodies.

But just how much work will it take to burn it all off?

Three fried mac and cheese balls add up to more than 1,500 calories. You would have to run 249 football fields to burn that off, according to Dr. Charles Platkin the Diet Detective.

Wash those down with six beer, at 145 calories each, and you would have to do the wave 280 times.

Three pigs in a blanket, at 66 calories each, adds up to 68 minutes of catch, non stop, with the pigskin.

Three slices of meat lovers pizza will have you "Tebowing" for 1,220 minutes.

One hot wing with blue cheese dip will bring out your artistic side as you face painting 8 wild fans.

A typical meat laden take out sub, is 313 minutes of chanting, pointing and waving  giant foam finger.

Bring out the pom-poms because a single deviled egg is worth 12 minutes of cheer leading.

10 classic potato chips with French onion dip could equal 134 minutes of dancing to Madonna during the half time show.
