Bullock says she's done with cheating husband

Radar online has reported Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock is preparing to serve cheating husband Jesse James divorce papers.

There is no indication of when, or even if, she will file for a legal split, but the star is contemplating her next step now that James has been outed as a serial philanderer.

Other reports from the website state the pair has a prenuptial agreement with a stipulation that James receives nothing should he be caught having extra-martial affairs. However, a source tells the website that Bullock is not concerned about the money, and is simply trying to deal with the mess.

James was seeking help for sexual addiction at Sierra Tucson, but is no longer at the Arizona facility. He has reportedly been trying to contact his wife, but she wants nothing to do with him. Instead, she continues to surround herself with security.

Last week, moving vans were spotted at the couple's home, hauling away furniture and boxes.
