Teen suffers serious injuries after stabbing in unknown location

Toronto EMS say a teenager has suffered serious injuries after he was stabbed in an unknown location.

Police were called to the victim’s home at Windermere Avenue and Dundas Street West at around 10 p.m. Monday.

Officials said the 19-year-old was stabbed and then drove himself home. His mother phoned the police.

Paramedics said the victim suffered a serious and possibly life-threatening stab wound to the upper chest.

Police say the victim was uncooperative and will not say where and why the stabbing happened.

Authorities seized the victim’s car as part of the investigation.

There has been no word on a suspect description.
