1 arrested after shooting on Weston Road

Police have a male in custody after a shooting in Toronto’s west end on Friday afternoon.

It happened near a convenience store on Weston Road, near Eglinton Avenue West.

Paramedics took a woman to hospital with serious injuries.

Police said they recovered a shotgun and later arrested a male suspect.
