Man, woman in hospital after apartment fire near King and Dufferin

A man and a woman are recovering in hospital after a fire at a building in the King and Dufferin streets area.
Paramedics said the man in his 40s and woman in her 30s suffered smoke inhalation.
The fire broke out on the second-floor of an apartment on Tyndall Avenue around 5:30 a.m. and was quickly put out.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
