Two people are in serious condition following a fire in a North York home on Wednesday night.
Toronto police and fire units responded to a call on Dexter Boulevard and Threadneedle Crescent just after 9 p.m.
Police say a small fire was caused by some sort of mishap in the home.
The blaze was quickly put out but a woman in her 40’s and a man in his 50’s suffered serious burns and were taken to a burn centre for treatment.
There is no word on what caused the fire at this time.
