Fire breaks out at home near Weston and St. Clair

No injuries were reported after a fire broke out at a home near Weston Road and St. Clair Avenue West early Wednesday morning.

Fire crews were called to the residence on Weston, near McCormack Street, around 1 a.m.

Everyone in the home managed to get out safely.

Neighbouring homes were also evacuated as a precaution, but residents have since been allowed to return home.

The cause of the fire is not yet known, but the home is heavily damaged.
