Body found at Scarborough golf club

A golfer made a grisly discovery at the Scarboro Golf and Country Club on Tuesday morning. It was the body of a man floating in a creek that cuts through the centre of the course.
Police responded to a call at the club near Lawrence Avenue and Markham Road around 10:30 a.m.
A man was found lying face down in the water. Paramedics determined the body had been there for some time.
Police say preliminary findings suggest no foul play was involved, but it is too early in the investigation to confirm.
The coroner and marine units were called in to assist with the extraction of the body.
