Violent attack at Brampton elementary school sends 1 man to hospital

One man is in hospital after a violent attack behind a Brampton elementary school.
Witnesses heard a man yelling for help around 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday and called 911. Police and other emergency crews arrived at Pauline Vanier Catholic Elementary School, near Highway 407 and McLaughlin Road, and rushed the man to hospital.
No arrests have been made and the motive for the attack is not known.
The school will be open, Peel police said.
