Fog advisory lifted for Toronto

The City of Toronto was briefly under a fog advisory on Friday morning, with near-zero visibility expected or occurring across the city.

Environment Canada issued the advisory around 6 a.m. It was lifted before 7 a.m.

680 NEWS meteorologist Jill Taylor said the rest of Friday’s weather is expected to be mainly cloudy, with some sunny breaks and a gusty west wind. There’s a high of 11 C in the forecast, dropping down to around 8 C this evening.

On Saturday, there is a high of 13 C, a low of 4 C, and a mix of sun and cloud in the forecast.

The clouds should finally lift by Sunday, with sunny skies and a high of 16 C in the forecast.
