Missing Quebec woman believed to be in Toronto

The RCMP is looking for a missing Quebec woman who is believed to be in Toronto.

Nathalie Picard, 45, was reported missing on Dec. 13.

She is as white, five-foot-nine, about 125 pounds, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.

Police say her debit card has been used at the Motel Super 5 Inn in Mississauga, on the York University campus, at a Scotiabank in North York, and in the Queen West area.

Her family says she has no relatives in the area, and can behave rather strangely. She is known to use methamphetamine.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
