Man sought for allegedly spitting in organizer’s face at North York event

Toronto police are looking to track down a man who allegedly spat in someone’s face during a community event in North York.
The alleged incident happened at Mel Lastman Square on Oct. 8.
Police say the suspect sat in a designated VIP area during the event, and when organizers asked him to leave he spat in the face of one of those organizers. He then fled the area.
Investigators have identified the suspect as Abdul Karim Alghamdi.
