By News Staff

Police have charged a 49-year-old Toronto man they say was caught peering into the homes of six women downtown.

Since June, police have been called about six incidents near Dundas and McCaul streets, west of University Avenue. They say there may be other victims.

On Thursday, they charged Jeffrey Fraser with five counts of prowl by night, five counts of voyeurism, six counts of fail to comply with recognizance, and criminal harassment.

He is due to appear in an Old City Hall court on Monday morning.
