No serious injuries are reported after two planes collided on the tarmac at Welland Airport on Thursday afternoon.

Niagara regional police Const. Phil Gavin says the pilot of one plane, the lone occupant, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Gavin says he was taken to hospital for treatment.

He says the four passengers and pilot on the second plane were not injured.
