Woman in hospital after hit-and-run in Mississauga

A woman is in hospital with serious head injuries after a hit-and-run crash in Mississauga.
The woman, a pedestrian, was crossing Matheson Boulevard at Rose Cherry Place, near Highway 403, around 10:20 p.m. on Thursday.
There was a second person with her, but they did not need to go to hospital.
Peel police are searching for the driver.
