2 women sexually assaulted near Fairview Mall: police

Police have issued a public alert after two women were sexually assaulted in the same area of North York since the weekend.
They say around 11:40 p.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old woman was walking in the area of Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue East when a man grabbed her from behind and sexually assaulted her.
In a separate incident at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, a 37-year-old woman said she was walking from Don Mills subway station, when a man gave her a bear hug from behind and sexually assaulted her.
Police said there may be more victims.
