Toronto man charged with sex assault of girls at Dufferin Station

By News Staff

A 34-year-old Toronto man has been charged after two teenaged girls were sexually assaulted at Dufferin Station, police say.

On Sept. 1, the man was hanging around Dufferin Mall, south of Bloor Street, and followed two 16-year-old girls to Dufferin Station.

It’s alleged he sexually assaulted the girls on the westbound platform and then left the station.

Police released security camera images of the man on Wednesday and arrested him the next day.

Richard Ingram has been charged with three counts of sexual assault.

He was due to appear in court on Friday morning.
