Two men arrested in historical sexual assault involving teen

Two Toronto men have been arrested in an alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.

It’s alleged that in 1998, a now-38-year-old man and a now-37-year-old man got a 15-year-old girl intoxicated. The two men allegedly stopped the girl from leaving the apartment and then both sexually assaulted her.

It is further alleged that in 2003, a now-38-year-old man sexually assaulted a three-month-old girl in the Jane Street and Trethewey Drive area.

As well, it’s alleged that this year, a 38-year-old man sexually assaulted a 32-year-old woman and threatened to kill her.

On Tuesday, a man in Toronto was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual assault, sexual interference, forcible confinement and threatening death.

On Thursday, another man, Jermaine Budgeon, 37, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement.
