Flamborough man charged with making child pornography

A 14-month-long child pornography investigation has led to three charges against one Flamborough man.

Halton police began their investigation in March of 2015, and found a suspect in the Hamilton area. They then contacted Ontario provincial police.

On March 22, 2016, a year later, OPP searched a home in Flamborough and seized one computer.

Frank MacFarlane, 65, was arrested on June 20. He is charged with one count of making child pornography available, one count of possession of child pornography, and one count of accessing child pornography.

MacFarlane will next appear in court on July 25.
