Empty Budweiser truck in ditch on Hwy. 400 in Barrie

An empty Budweiser truck ended up in a ditch on Highway 400 in Barrie on Wednesday morning.
It happened in the southbound lanes near Highway 89 around 3:40 a.m.
The driver was not injured.
Ontario provincial police say they are waiting until after the morning rush to remove the truck.
It’s not yet known how the driver ended up off the road. Police say alcohol was not a factor.
Police are asking drivers not to call in, as they are aware of the problem.
