Busy night in ‘The 6’ with Beyonce and Selena Gomez shows, fans at Jurassic Park

By News staff

Getting around downtown Toronto could be difficult Wednesday night as music powerhouse Beyonce brings her ‘Formation’ tour to ‘The 6.’ And that’s not the only event that will clog downtown traffic.

As around 45,000 fans pack Rogers Centre to watch ‘Queen Bee’ perform, ticketholders have been sent information warning of a number of other events, road closures and construction happening in the area.

A reminder: the start time has changed from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, outside the Air Canada Centre (ACC), Raptors fans will converge on nearby Jurassic Park to watch the team on the big screen playing in Cleveland in Game 5.

Inside the ACC, the Selena Gomez show was rescheduled to Wednesday night after the Raptors bumped her on Sunday. That concert starts at 7:30 p.m.

Then, at  Ricoh Coliseum, the Toronto Marlies play Game 3 against the Hersey Bears in the Eastern Conference finals.
