Two female motorcyclists killed in crash in Haldimand County

A motorcyclist and her female passenger are dead after a crash in Haldimand County near Hamilton
The OPP say the motorcycle was travelling southbound on Highway 6 when it collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Haldimand Road 70. Police say the van had stopped at the stop sign before proceeding through the intersection.
The female driver of the van suffered minor injuries.
Two Ornge helicopters were initially called to the scene but later cancelled.
