Three people charged with over 50 drug, firearm-related offenses

Toronto police have arrested and charged two men and one woman with a total of 54 offenses following an investigation Friday.

Officers arrived at Walmer Road and Bernard Avenue at approximately 3:50 a.m. in response to a call for a possible vehicle theft.

They found three people inside a vehicle with an unspecified amount of narcotics including cocaine and marijuana.

Police also seized a loaded Jimenez Arms 9-millimeter firearm from inside the vehicle.

Further investigation revealed the vehicle was not stolen.

Kevin Levar Prince, 35, of Toronto has been charged with over 20 charges including intention of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Toronto’s Brenda Muscat, 49, and Edmonton’s 20-year-old Benjamin Todd have been charged with unauthorized possession of firearms and ammunition.
